Week 4 was a fun country road route, again, a huge thank you to Michelle and the Consumers Credit Union team for hosting us!

We discussed some Runner etiquette this week.
- Always stay single file or, at most, two abreast.
- Encourage others to follow this.
- Announcing “Car up” or “Car Back” to your fellow runners.
- Announcing “passing on your left.”
- “Good Job, Runner,” as you pass each other out on the run.
